mozzarella chopped

to make it as small and soft flakes
at this point we have all our ingredients ready

... mozzarella, tomato and bacon. The bacon can be omitted (for vegetarians), but then council of salting the vegetables.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes ...
... and here is the dish ready. They are also really good cold (if advancing).
