Ingredients: Zucchini
Potatoes
Eggplant Mozzarella (pizza better than, less watery), puréed
Tomato Bacon
Sale
Pepe
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oregano
Butter Seed Oil for frying
(Also pictured in the gorgonzola and the realization that the recipe I used is not replaced by slices)

First you cut the potatoes into rounds

and fried

will also cut the eggplant into rounds

and courgettes into strips

fry both slightly

could also use the already grilled eggplant and zucchini (the ones found in supermarkets in the frozen bags) to make everything lighter, but I had not

Butter an ovenproof dish

In a small bowl pour the tomato sauce

to which is added a generous sprinkling of oregano,

salt, pepper and extra virgin olive

and mixed well

mozzarella chopped

you put it in a food processor

to make it as small and soft flakes

at this point we have all our ingredients ready

Now I will make several layers of vegetable lasagna as shown in the photos

Before the potatoes, then the eggplant, zucchini ...

... mozzarella, tomato and bacon. The bacon can be omitted (for vegetarians), but then council of salting the vegetables.
